**Part 4:**

**Part 5:**

2)With what you know about

**proportion**look and read what is in the image above. Does it seem just and fair?

3)Why have you made this choice?

4)What would you have done if you were the judge

A1: It doesnt seem fair, it

*isn't*fair.

A2: No, it doesn't.

A3: I made this choice because the man who stole 3 billion dollars only stayed in prison for 40 months and this homeless man stole a $100 dollar bill and confesed the next day! And just for that, he stayed/stays in prison for 15 years = 180 months. He probably needed it for health reasons, or he was starving.

A4: If I were a judge I would've just let him go with a warning because he's homeless, what else does he have to lose?

Q) How tall is the tree on the right?

A) The kid would look like he would fit in the tree about 3 times. The height of a normal 11 year old ould be 4.4 feet. So, 3 x 4.4 = 13.2. So I'm guessing the tree on the left is about 13.2 Feet tall.
